All items sold by Ogden Cattle Company & Designs are custom-made to order.

Because of the custom nature of these products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Production timelines vary depending on order volume and material availability. While some orders may begin immediately, others may require additional time if materials need to be ordered or if there is a high volume of custom orders.

Once production has started, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including logos, sizes, and design details at the time of purchase.

Estimated production timelines are not guaranteed and may vary.

If an item arrives damaged or there is a verified defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can review and determine an appropriate resolution.
