Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been started or customized.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 509-540-5716. We will gladly review concerns related to damage, defects, or mistakes on our part.

Customers are responsible for making sure all spelling, logos, brands, colors, and personalization details are correct before placing an order.
